Deactivate / Reactivate Account FAQ

     

    1. How do I deactivate my profile?

      You may Deactivate your profile by:

      1. Clicking on Member Login
      2. Then click on Deactivate / Reactivate Account in the menu to the right
      3. Then login
      4. Click Deactivate
      5. Click Submit

      After you have deactivated your Member Profile, emergency responders will no longer be able to view your emergency profile. Additionally, your profile will not be accessible through Member Linking if you are in a linked group.

      You will however, still have access to your Profile Center and be able to add or modify data in your account until your membership expires.

      You may login to deactivate or reactivate your account at any time by using the Deactivate/Reactivate Account link on the Member Login page.

    2. How do I reactivate my profile?

      You may Reactivate your profile by:

      1. Clicking on Member Login
      2. Then click on Deactivate / Reactivate Account in the menu to the right
      3. Then login
      4. Click Reactivate
      5. Click Submit

      After you have reactivated your Member Profile, emergency responders will be able to view your emergency profile. Additionally, your profile will be accessible through Member Linking if you are in a linked group

      You will have access to your Profile Center and be able to add or modify data in your account, and, your membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date of your enrollment.

      You may login to deactivate or reactivate your account at any time by using the Deactivate/Reactivate Account link on the Member Login page.
