The Service does not collect any personal information that can lead to identity theft and only you can modify your records.

    Upon enrollment, you will have immediate access to the entire spectrum of Service; our free mobile app, online medical records access and the ability to print or email your medical records.

    Our Member Kit will arrive in a distinctive red envelope. The Kit contains our welcome letter, the durable, plastic-coated Photo ID Card and 3 plastic-coated Key Ring Tags along with alert decals for windshields and home windows and mobile devices.
