    • Changing Your Name or Member ID

      1. Can I Change the Name on My Member ID?

        Yes, to change your name login to your Profile Center and select Change Member Name under Manage Account in the navigation on the left. Changing your name requires the ordering of new Member ID Set.

        1. Check the Order checkbox and enter the number of ID sets you wish to order.
        2. Then check the checkbox of the name you wish to change.
        3. Enter the Name Change.
        4. Enter your credit card information.
        5. Press Next for a summary of your purchase, then
        6. Press Purchase.

        This purchase does not affect your membership renewal date.

      2. Can I change my Member ID that appears on my ID Card and Keychain Tags?

        Yes, you can change your Member ID, for instance if you lose your Card or Tag.
        To change your Member ID login to your Profile Center and select Change Member ID under Manage Account in the navigation at the left. Changing your ID requires the ordering of new Member ID Set. A new Member ID will be automatically generated upon completion of the order.

        1. Enter the number of Member ID Sets you want to order. (Maximum of 4 Sets)

      3. Do I need to use the new Member ID to login to my Profile Center?

        Yes.

      4. Will I automatically have access to my Member Profile on the Emergency Contact Data App?

        No. You will need to uninstall and then reinstall the App using Google Play Store or Apple App Store. When you open the new installed App you will be prompted to enter your Member ID and Password to regain viewing of your Member Profile.
